2008 election

Is it me or is there just way to much coverage of the 2008 election considering it's still like 20 months away. Seriously, the next president doesn't take office until Jan 2009, I think all this early coverage is going to burn people out. Hillary, Obama, Romney, Gulianni, and McCain are getting lots of coverage early on, but I'd like to see some candidates announce their presidential bid later this year, and still end up doing well in 2008.
